Jewelry made from plastic may be cleaned using soap and water.

Clean your jewelry upon first sight of tarnishing. Tarnishing happens as metals oxidize and is a natural process.

Do not expose jewelry to chemical agents, including household or industrial cleaners. This includes bleach, amonia and even natural cleaning products as they may contain natural acids and salts.

Do not expose your jewelry to face cleansers, shaving cream, skin, hair care or other styling products. These products may contain ingredients, acids or salts that may be abraisive, corrosive to some metals. If you get skin care or other styling products on your jewelry, clean with fresh water and dry carefully with cloth.

Remove jewelry before swimming in pools or bodies of water that contain chlorine or salt water.

If your jewelry is exposed to chemical agents or salt water, rinse well with fresh water and dry carefully with cloth.

You can expose your jewelry to fresh water, so our products can be worn in the shower or bath, pools and the lake, as long as it is not chlorinated or salt water. Well water and water that has been run through a water softening system may have an adverse effect on jewelry.

Only use jewelry cleaner designed for the metal(s) that your jewelry is composed of. All full metal jewelry we sell may be cleaned with any all purpose jewelry cleaner.

Do not use DIY jewelry cleaners to clean your jewelry, this may cause irrepairable damage to your jewelry.

Store your jewelry dry in an airtight container when not in use.

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, contact us right away and you can choose to receive a replacement or refund.

Orders placed online for delivery are shipped within 3-5 business days, including most orders that contain custom items.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post and you will receive a tracking number at the email you provided at checkout soon after your order has shipped.
